Leigh Hartenberg, MSW, LICSW

Leigh is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LICSW) with professional concentrations in chronic illness management, in-home care, palliative care, and hospice care. She is an Adjunct Faculty member at St. Catherine University's Master of Social Work Program, an Independent Therapist, Consultant, and Licensure Supervisor. Leigh's passions are around supporting clients with who are accessing home care, palliative care and hospice by providing education, grief and loss therapy, and navigation supports through complex healthcare systems. Additionally, she enjoys teaching and consulting with interdisciplinary professionals to improve medical service delivery.
